Rules
- Open to anyone aged 18 and over including Bank of Scotland Corporate customers except employees and the immediate families of Bank of Scotland Corporate, Cedar Communications or anyone professionally connected with this competition.
- The closing date for the receipt of all entries is 30 December 2005.
- Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
- No cash alternative to prize will be offered.
- The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 28 days of closing date.
- The prize will be awarded to the customer drawn at random from the subscriber list as at 30 December 2005. Judge's decision is final and binding. Judging panel will include at least one independent person. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
- Bank of Scotland Corporate reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
- The winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this competition.
