Last Issue's Winner

Ian Pearson commercial director at Manchester – based Baleroptions wins two sessions with top coach Kirsty Skates for his insight that might best be described as where there's muck there's brass. Too many companies are paying to have waste such as cardboard and plastic taken away. But if they were a little more organised they could be generating income from it instead, he advises.

"They know what is coming in through the front door in terms of business and revenue but they have no idea what is going on outside the back door. Even a medium sized company can save thousands of pounds a year by more prudent waste management," says Ian.
